We offer all the comforts of home including two smart TVs, high-speed internet, clothes iron with ironing board, hair dryer, linens/towels, stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher in a full-size kitchen with a breakfast bar. The Crystal Suite is excellent for travel nurses, building superintendents, business travelers and home buyers seeking temporary accommodation.

Other Things to Note

  • IDs and Occupant Forms: Submit government IDs and occupant info within 24 hours of booking.
  • Pets: Declare pets before booking. Fees: $250 for 1st pet, plus $150 for the 2nd pet (max 2). Weight and breed restrictions apply.
  • Community Rules: Keep the community clean, leash dogs outside, and keep cats indoors.
  • Balcony Safety: Use safety gates for young children.
  • Parking Rules: Use designated spots, avoid fire lanes, handicap areas, and untagged reserved spots. Request a reserved space if needed. Note: Nabro Furnished Housing is not liable for towing fees.
  • Lost Keys/Fobs: $100 fee for lost keys or fobs.
  • Utilities: Rent covers $100 for a 1-bedroom unit, incl. electricity, water, trash, and Internet. Conserve to reduce impact; actual costs may vary based on circumstances and rates.

Access Irving is conveniently situated with great transportation, including Highways 635, 114, 161, and 183 all criss-crossing and surrounding this Dallas suburb. 


Attraction Irving Arts Center, but there are also parks and green spaces galore.  In addition, you can visit the Mustangs of Las Colinas Museum, and the Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas. 


Grocery shop Tom Thumb, Fiesta Mart, and Whole Foods Market.  Shopping stops include the Shops at MacArthur Hills. Dine out at In-and-Out Burger, Our Glass Restaurant & Bar, the Ranch at Las Colinas, and more.  There’s even Hackberry Creek Country Club nearby.
