Due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19)...we have currently adopted a 72-hour window between guest check-outs and check-ins to allow for safer preparation for our guests and our employees.
Due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19)...we have currently adopted a 72-hour window between guest check-outs and check-ins to allow for safer preparation for our guests and our employees.
DAY 1 : (Guest Check Out) : Spray and sanitize all surfaces. This includes appliance handles, furniture, door knobs, faucet handles ( Kitchen and bath), Spray and Sanitize curtains, rugs.
DAY 2: (Unit is Cleaned):
1. LAUNDRY Start a load before you clean. Wash all bedding, towels, curtains and bath rugs. (Recommended to use Hot water settings and detergent provided in storeroom)

LIVING ROOM
a) Move Rug and furniture to sweep and mop floor.
b) Shampoo Rugs. Rugs are area rug not wall-to-wall. (Due to COVID-19 concerns, this will need to be shampooed every time). Shampooer in storeroom.
c)Wipe down all surfaces, clean windows inside and out.
d) Wipe off furniture or if sofa is fabric use small vacuum to clean and use steam cleaner to sanitize
e) Dust TV and any or any art or decorative pieces.
3. BEDROOM(S)
a) Clean floors, check small rugs, wash if needed. Vacuum /sweep/ mop as needed.
b) Wipe down furniture, dust out drawers, clean lamps and mirrors.
c) Make beds, check for worn sheets or linens.
4. BATHROOM(S)
a) Clean and sanitize shower or tub and faucets.ta
b) Wipe down shower curtain liner, check to see if worn.
c) Clean toilet and sanitize all fixtures.
d) Clean and properly sanitize sink and counters.
e) Leave 4- piece toiletry set (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and bar soap) and one unused toilet paper. These are in our storeroom.
5. KITCHEN
a) Run dishes and silverware through dishwasher. If pieces missing, notify manager.
b) Check for supply of utensils, pots, pans, towels and hot mats. Missing items, notify manager.
c) Wipe down counters, clean out and clean refrigerator.
d) Mop floor, clean coffee maker and toaster. Leave new paper towel roll, Dawn, sponge, trash bags, a few dishwasher pods. These items are in storeroom.
e) Take extra items out of cabinets like food, salt, paper or plastic items.
6. PATIO
a) Sweep and wipe down and sanitize patio furniture.
DAY 3: Walkthrough by Nabro Holdings Manager
a) Guest - Check in
We will maintain an access log for each unit during this time to maintain the integrity of the cleaning and sanitization effort to make the unit safe based on COVID-19 guidelines.
